THE WEBSITE:
When Chrissy contacted me about their website for Coach Oly Hokey, I was very excited. The challenge was to create an eye catching dark & red themed Joomla site with an event management system that would allow Chrissy to accept registrations and appointments for both members and non-members for their hockey training camps and clinics.
Now usually when someone tells me they want to use black and red together with black being the overall theme color I can’t help but cringe a little; however, this time I decided to used dark grays, textures, and a small ammount of black for the overall theme design while leaving red as a minimal accent color.
The solution is one that I am extremely proud off, with a well balanced theme that is eye catching, clean, and most of all, easy to navigate and use.
