Saratoga Springs CrossFit had a very clear concept of their logo in mind, emphasizing the SS in CrossFit since it also stood for “Saratoga Springs”. I went with a strong distresses typeface and implemented the SS int he kettlebell. A few weeks ago Angel asked me to design her website, the challenge was that she wanted to have the ability to incorporate an online shopping cart, a blog, and a membership system within the same site in the near future without having to re-design or re-build in a CMS platform when she was ready to take that step forward.
The solution I choose was to use Joomla’s immensely expandable platform to create the initial informational state of her site. Built with a flexible module system and expandable layout we where able to achieve exactly what she was looking for.
